BUt what is really strange is it shows 70, files scanned and 60, of them infected and the number keeps climbing, all of the threat are the same, the one I listed above.
Well, I don't want to comment until we see results. It doesn't look promising though I would hope most are false positives. Or maybe there is a virus replicating. But I installed Avast and ran it. I am looking at formating the D and E drives, I think it is a junk anyway. Before we go any further, I need more info You said, over 60, threats were listed by Eset, so where is the rest?

Avast has just asked me to reboot again so I'll do so. I've also reported the virus to avast in the meanwhile. Doubleclick on the HJTsetup. Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Addition Tasks dialogue. Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there. At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch Hijack This. Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad. Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required. Apparently I had a vundo trojan that was undetected by Norton, spybot, and adaware. Found it attaching itself to winlogon. Went into safe mode. Went into the registry and removed all instances of the dll file from the registry wvwts.
Then I removed the threads of wvwts. If anyone else has this problem and needs some extra direction please let me know and I will be happy to assist. Sorry to bother everyone like this. I don't know how to go into safe mode, using BHO Demon to disable? I am lost. Well first did you obtain BHOdemon? How about unlocker? You can google unlocker and it should be the first link.
Next in normal mode, run bhodemon and see if your explorer. Usually the first 2 things are Adobe and then Symantec or Norton if you have it. If you have a 3rd thing, whatever it is, write down the name of it.
